I will never understand soft "christian" preaching while hard charging men are doing virtuous work that translates into "motivation". Not meaning offense to anyone but the tone, cadence, and intonation of the speech doesn't resonate with the images (for me) on screen. Listened to this about 5 years ago when I was going to go to ranger school. My dad ended up passing away and I lost my motivation to continue. I just thought about this speech today and motivating myself to be something bigger in life. I’m trying to join the sheriffs dept where I currently live and possibly swat when I’m eligible.
